Plan Your Visit

Information on visiting hours, dining, gift shops and more

Here is everything you need to know to prepare for your visit to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest:

Spending Time with Loved Ones

Being in the hospital can be a difficult time. That’s why we encourage patients to spend as much time with family and friends as they want. You’re welcome to visit at any time your loved one wishes to have guests. Day beds in many patient rooms provide a comfortable place for you to stay at the bedside. “At Your Request” room service allows you to have meals delivered to the room so you don’t have to leave your loved one’s side. We know that family and friends play an important role in helping patients recover. That’s why we do whatever we can to accommodate your needs during your time in the hospital.

Information Desk

If you have questions or need help finding your way, stop by one of three information desks in the hospital:

  • Main entrance lobby (Pool Pavilion): Staffed 24/7
  • Cancer Center lobby: Staffed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Kasych Family Pavilion (near the elevators): Staffed daily from 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.

If you’re a patient, we’ll give you clear directions to your destination. If you’re a visitor, we’ll tell you your loved one’s room number and give you directions. If you get lost along the way, ask any employee for help.

If you have trouble walking, we’ll take you where you need to go. Indoor shuttle service is available from 6 a.m. to 9.p.m. Monday through Friday:
